Accurate, was built from the ground up — not in an office, but in the dirt.

Owner Jordan Smith grew up in Michigan in a blue-collar environment, where hard work wasn’t optional. Raised around construction, he was always outside — building, creating, and learning what it meant to take pride in your work.

As a second-generation contractor, Jordan got his start early. His father owned a concrete company, and he spent years working in the field, learning the trade the right way. Right out of high school, he went to work, gaining real-world experience and developing the mindset it takes to lead a crew and get the job done right.

In 2017, he stepped out and built something of his own.

Accurate Concrete Co. started with just Jordan, one employee, a pickup truck, and hand tools.

Today, the company has grown into a multi-crew operation, running three crews and taking on large-scale projects across residential, commercial, and agricultural sectors. ACC specializes in large flatwork, poured walls, excavation, and full turnkey foundation packages — handling everything from raw ground to completed foundation systems, including septic and utility work.

But growth hasn’t changed the standard.

Every project is approached with the same mindset it started with — do it right, be accountable, and take pride in the final result. Tight tolerances, clean work, and clear communication aren’t extras — they’re expected.
